We are a feel good drug boutique and experience.

Our Story

The magic began back in 2009, when our President and founder, Will Senn, opened the very first Urbn Leaf Dispensary in the Bay Park neighborhood of San Diego. We were one of the 1st dispensaries in California to receive a state-issued license for recreational cannabis sales! After having worked in medical marijuana dispensaries throughout high school, Will’s passion for making cannabis accessible to all people was unshakeable. In fact, a few years back he spearheaded a referendum to overturn a city council ordinance that would have shut down countless dispensaries in the area, and he won!

We strive to make every location as welcoming and comfortable as possible for all people.

Here at Urbn Leaf, we consider ourselves a family, a Feel Good Fam, to be exact. We’re obsessed with offering only the highest quality products and knowing everything we can about the products we sell, so we can give you the most well-informed recommendations. Whether you’re a marijuana novice or connoisseur, we’re here to create a Feel Good Experience for you.

Our Vision

With a focus on consumer education and staff training, we at Urbn Leaf are working to change the perceptions of cannabis. From the thoughtfully curated collection of products down to the modern, strategic layouts of each location, every detail is designed with your experience in mind.

We believe that each and every customer deserves to be treated with compassion, backed by expertise and appreciation. Our Urbn Leaf Feel Good Fam strives to shatter stereotypes and set new standards within the cannabis industry, always with an eye toward innovation.

Our Community

At Urbn Leaf, we consider our customers a crucial extension of our Feel Good Fam and we take our role in the greater community seriously. That is why we continue to fight for a robust, healthy cannabis industry at every level, from seed to smoke. As a member of the Southern California Responsible Growers Council (SCRGC), we advocate for common-sense policies that protect small farms, end trespass-grows on public lands, and reduce black-market activity.

We also work with public health and safety experts in California to protect communities and the environment in regard to the farming, production, distribution, and sales of cannabis products.

Our Campaign & Events

In 2018, we started “Cannabis for a Cause”, which has taken on various campaigns over the past few years – raising over $13,000 for San Diego breast cancer survivors in financial need, generating awareness around Lupus, and promoting Men’s health for “Movember”, to name a few. Each year we look for new ideas and creative ways we can help uplift those in need.

We also love collaborating to throw fun, engaging community events. Every 4/20 since 2018, we’ve been a proud sponsor of Bayked, a “feel good” festival featuring amazing music, live art demos, delicious local food, and top-tier cannabis vendors. We also teamed up with Radiant Yoga in Bay Park to host the Recharge Wellness Market, partnering with leading cannabis brands like Dosist, The Root of it All, Nug, Select Oil, and Dr. Raw Organics to show attendees how cannabis can elevate their wellness routines.

Our Achievements

Of course, just being of service is a major, daily accomplishment for us. We couldn’t be more proud of our expert staff members providing stellar customer service at every Urbn Leaf location and our consistent stream of sparkling customer reviews.

We’re also beyond proud of our in-house farms – Urbn Farms Otay Mesa and Urbn Farms Kenamare – where our world-class weed farmers grow our signature premium marijuana using advanced sustainable farming practices.
