Cannabis Bath Soak
Light the candles, run the warm water, and get ready to indulge in a relaxing experience. Most people will agree; there is nothing like soaking in a warm bath after experiencing body pains. Kick things up a notch by introducing a Bath Soak. Epsom salt is already great as is, but today we are going to tell you about how you can elevate the experience by infusing cannabis.
Will a Cannabis Bath Soak get you high?
You’re probably wondering if soaking in cannabis bath salts will get you high. The short answer is probably not. That’s because the THC and CBD in bathwater can’t get into your bloodstream. However, that doesn’t mean that soaking in a cannabis-infused bath can’t ease aching muscles and soothe your skin.
There are a couple of ways to create your own bath soak depending on how advanced you’d like to get.

Ingredients
· 2 Cups Epsom salts
· 1/2 Cup Sea salt
· 1/2 Cup Baking soda
· 10-20 Drops of Cannabis Oil
(We suggest Peppermint, Rose, or Orange)
· 5 Drops Fragrance/essential oils
· 1/2 Cup of dried Herbs or Flowers
(We suggest Chamomile, Lavender, Calendula)
Instructions
1. Stir the salts and baking soda together in a large mixing bowl.
2. Next, add the cannabis tincture, dried herbs/flowers, and fragrance. Use a spoon to incorporate the liquids into the salts, breaking up any clumps to ensure that the color is evenly distributed.
3. Spoon your infused bath soak into a container of your choosing, and enjoy!
