Retail Stores
When visiting an Urbn Leaf retail store, we may collect (i) a copy of the form of identification provided by you, which is used to establish that you are of legal age under the laws of the State of California to patronize a retail cannabis store, and (ii) if applicable, a copy of the form of any medical cannabis recommendation provided by you, which is used to establish your status as a medical cannabis patient under the laws of the State of California. As such, any personal information provided on such forms of identification may be collected by us, including but not limited to, your full name, mailing address, passport number, driver’s license number, gender, age and birthdate, eye color, hair color, height, and, if applicable, the name of your recommending physician, the recommendation’s date of issuance, and the recommendation’s expiration date. We may also collect information with regard to the items you purchased, and may collect surveillance video or photographs of the retail store premises (including any patrons thereon). Further, we may collect information relating to any calls made to a retail store, contact and marketing preferences, brand and merchandise interests, and demographic information.

When visiting or making a purchase on the Urbn Leaf website, or through our mobile application, we may collect personal information. We want to create rewarding experiences that place cash back in your pocket. Urbn Leaf may offer financial incentives, including payments to consumers as compensation, for the collection, disclosure and sale of their personal information. Urbn Leaf may also offer a different price, rate, level, or quality of goods or services to the consumer if that price or difference is directly related to the value provided to the consumer by the consumer’s data. Only consumers that provide us with their phone number and email address (in addition to the personal information described in this Policy) will be eligible to participate in our rewards program and receive credits back on their purchase(s), receive alerts about our latest bargains, and receive other price or service differences. We may provide further financial incentives to military personnel (veterans and active duty), students, seniors, teachers, disabled persons, caregivers, and vendors, subject to any person providing evidence of their status in one of any such groups. The personal information described in this Policy may be collected or transferred i) to ensure compliance under local and state law, (ii) to defend and protect consumers, Urbn Leaf, service providers, or third–parties from harm or in legal proceedings, (iii) to enhance consumer experience by improving our retail stores, website and mobile application by considering consumer preferences (e.g., in order to suggest products or services we believe a consumer might appreciate, to respond to any consumer queries, to personalize and customize the consumer experience, and to obtain analytics in order to improve our retail operations, our website, and mobile application), (iv) to protect our security and the security of our consumers, employees, and property, (v) to respond to subpoenas, government requests, lawsuits, and court orders, (vi) to notify you of product recalls or safety issues, (vii) for other safety, security, fraud, loss prevention, incident reporting, and operational purposes, and (viii) as a result of a merger, acquisition, reorganization or similar transaction.
Sharing Personal Information
We may disclose your personal information to a third party for a business purpose. When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.

In the preceding twelve months we have not sold personal information. We do not sell personal information, but we recognize that the CCPA defines “personal information” in such a way that making available identifiers linked to you for a benefit may be considered a “sale.”

- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
Responding to Requests
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
We will respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing via email or mail as indicated on the submitted request.
